Refunds/Exchanges

RETURNS: We accept returns in new, unused condition with tags and original packaging within 14 days of delivery. No refunds or exchanges will be processed on any used merchandise. If a return is received damaged, a store credit or exchange may not be granted.

If your item was received as a gift, after proof of purchase is verified a store credit will be issued once merchandise is received.

Original shipping costs on orders are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs on all returned merchandise. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. There are no guarantees that we will receive your returned item.

Once the return is received and approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be applied to your account in the form of a GIFT CARD ONLY. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately SALE items cannot be refunded.

*PLEASE NOTE: We do not issue refunds on lost packages by USPS. If your package is lost or stolen, please file a claim with USPS immediately. 

EXCHANGES: Defective or damaged items may be exchanged for the same item. Please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
